You know, that's really no big deal because all he has to do is come down on his price to slightly beat any deal from another Kia dealer so he can make the sale.
If he simply comes down on his price a little, he'll never actually "give" anyone a car, so his sales pitch is just a play on words to try to get people to come to their lot.
